Celadon Road is confident you will be happy with your purchase of our products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Celadon Road product, you may return the product together with a copy of your sales receipt within 45 days from the date of order to the Celadon Road Corporate Office. Celadon Road will either refund the purchase price paid for the product, a store credit will be given, or the product will be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
You must email Celadon Road’s Customer Service department at info@celadonroad.com prior to returning your product to obtain a return authorization from Celadon Road. Celadon Road does not pay or reimburse for shipping costs incurred for returning a product.
